WEAVER'S MARINE SERVICE        PARTS RETURN POLICY

Weaver's Marine Service will return merchandise ONLY if the following applies:
1.  If you have the original proof of purchase.
2.  If the part was purchased within 30 days.
3.  If the part is in its original packaging.

ACCEPTED RETURNS WILL BE CREDITED AS FOLLOWS:

For Items Purchased with Cash:
1.  Up to $50.00: a refund in cash.
2.  Over $50.00: a check will be mailed to the customer.

For Items Purchased with a Credit Card:
1.  The refund will be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
2.  The customer MUST provide this credit card at the time of the return.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE
EXCEPTIONS - THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL OR SPECIAL ORDERED PARTS
